At Level 5 Lighting, we believe that the best spaces are built on a foundation of trust, integrity, and, of course, the perfect light. We’ve been proudly serving Arizona since 2020, and as a family-owned business, we treat every project as if it were for our own home.
My journey as an entrepreneur has always been fueled by two things: a passion for innovation and a genuine desire to serve others. To me, lighting is more than just hardware; it’s about transformation. Whether we’re designing a high-end commercial project or turning your backyard into a nightly retreat, my goal is to blend cutting-edge, smart-technology with design-focused artistry that makes your outdoor space truly come alive.
When I’m not on a job site or working on blueprints, you’ll likely find me with my family. Being a husband to my wife and a father to eight kids (and a grandfather to five!) keeps life pretty exciting. My faith is the cornerstone of everything I do—it drives how I run this business and how I show up for our community every single day. I’m a firm believer in working hard so we can play hard. On my days off, I love spending time out on the lake wake surfing or hanging by the pool with the family. I’m also a bit of a BBQ enthusiast—I’m always tinkering with my smoker, constantly trying to master the perfect cook.

Alana
Alana Forsgren joined Level 5 in September 2020 and currently serves as our Sales Manager. Her background is in transportation sales and customer service, which has helped her build strong relationships and take great care of our clients.
She’s an Arizona native and very family‑oriented—with a big crew to prove it! She’s married with 2 kids, 6 stepkids, and 5 grandchildren, so at this point she’s basically running our own small town. There’s always something going on, and quiet is definitely not their thing.
That’s a big reason she loves being part of Level 5—it truly feels like a family business. She gets to work alongside people she trusts and cares about, and that makes coming to work every day that much better. “Watching the business grow together while supporting each other along the way is easily my favorite part.”
Garrett
Garrett Forsgren joined Level 5 Lighting in August 2022 as our Operations Manager. He brings extensive expertise to the team, including a decade with Coca-Cola as the Marketing and Development Manager for the ASU Tempe campus. Today, Garrett manages our installation crews, drives sales and marketing, and sources our top-tier lighting tech. Happily married and a proud dad of two daughters and a son, Garrett loves calling the East Valley home. For him, the best part of the job is the moment an install wraps up—seeing the pure joy in a customer’s eyes when their lights turn on for the first time.
Nikki
Nikki Forsgren joined the Level 5 Lighting team in August 2021. After demonstrating her dedication and leadership, she was promoted to Office Manager in 2024, where she now helps ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.Outside of work, Nikki enjoys adventuring with friends as much as she enjoys cozy nights in with a good book. Her favorite part about working at Level 5 Lighting is hearing the positive feedback from customers who love their lights, appreciate the amazing installers, and value the support of the sales team.Nikki takes pride in knowing that customers have a great experience and feel well taken care of from start to finish.
Kayla
Kayla Sutter joined Level 5 Lighting in 2021 as our Social Media Director. A proud Arizona State graduate with a degree in Business Marketing, she brings both creativity and strategy to everything she posts. Kayla’s favorite part of the job is pulling back the curtain — sharing behind-the-scenes moments and helping customers discover features of their lights they never knew existed. The creative freedom to tell that story every day is what makes it special. Outside the office, you’ll find her hitting a new hiking trail, spending a day out on the lake, getting lost in a good book, or going all out decorating for every holiday — a passion that fits perfectly at Level 5 Lighting. She is happily married with one daughter and a fur baby, Bowen.
