Consent to Receive Text Messages

By signing up through our website, you are consenting to receive text messages that may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number provided from Level 5 Companies, LLC, doing business as Level 5 Lighting (“Level 5 Lighting,” “we,” “us,” “our”), or its successors.

You confirm that you are 18 years or older and consent to receive text messages (including promotional and transactional alert text messages, which come from a ten-digit phone number) from Level 5 Companies, LLC. Your participation is subject to these Text Terms and to our Privacy Policy (collectively referred to herein as the “Agreement”).

You agree that when you consent to receive text messages from any of our text message programs, you will receive confirmatory opt-in text messages from the respective program. You agree to receive opt-out texts from any of our programs if you subsequently reply STOP to any text messages you receive. For help related to any text message program, reply HELP to any text message received. You agree that when you initiate a text message to any of our text message programs, you may receive related text messages in reply.

SMS Program Details

When opted in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include responses to a quote, estimate, or consultation request, real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our lighting services and pricing, appointment scheduling and confirmations, installation and project updates, feedback requests, marketing messages, and follow-up.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply “STOP” to any text message you receive from us. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@level5lighting.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The number of messages you can expect to receive per month will vary based on your interaction with Level 5 Lighting.

Carriers

Please consult your service agreement with your wireless carrier to determine your phone’s pricing plan. This program may not be available on all wireless carriers. The carriers supported by this program include AT&T, Boost Mobile, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and Verizon, but Level 5 Companies, LLC may add or remove any wireless carrier from this program without notice.

Your Mobile Number

You warrant that you have provided your accurate mobile telephone number to Level 5 Companies, LLC and that you have authority to consent to receive text messages at that number. Before changing, deactivating, or relinquishing your mobile phone number, you agree that you will opt out of Level 5 Lighting text message programs. Failure to do so constitutes a material breach of these Text Terms.

Changes to These Terms

You agree that Level 5 Companies, LLC may change these Text Terms from time to time by updating the online version of these Text Terms. Should there be a material change to these Text Terms, Level 5 Companies, LLC will provide notice of such change via text messaging.

I am highly satisfied with Level 5 lighting. They did and awesome job! I had a few dislikes at the first installation since my house is a little tricky due to having corbels all around the house. I immediately contacted the Owner Derek. He came out the next day and resolved the issues and figured out a plan right away. I remember that he told us. “I’m here to make you guys happy”. Derek truly cares about his customers. He sent out his BEST guys which are Dajaun and Mario. They left all of the lights around my house looking super clean and professional! They look perfect! Lastly, I would like to especially compliment Mario. He is very professional, friendly, very informative and extremely polite. He would tell my husband if you see anything wrong or don’t like something please let us know. We will fix it. Great customer service!
