This company is a class act. It started with meeting the sales person Elena. She was very knowledgeable about the product and what the company offers. She was able to answer every question that we had. Dejuan and his crew showed up as scheduled. They did an excellent job installing the lights and the computer. Very minimal mess that they cleaned up. I’m so happy we went with them as it was an excellent job from start to finish.

Excellent product and even better service. Alana was great to work with and the speed of service was second to none. The installation crew (Hayden, Kayden and Shak) was also great to work with. They would stop what they were doing and answer questions at any time. I will be adding more to my house in the future.

Our first contact was at a home show, Garrett came to house, no pressure sales, Hayden and Kayden did install. It was a straight forward process and we are enjoying our jellyfish home lighting system. We are extremely satisfied with the product.

The staff was very exceptional from initial estimate to the final install. Though it was sometime between estimate and install, the company contacts were always responsive and willing to work to a budget. The result was a very clean and professional look. Special thanks to Alana, Nikki and install crew Hayden/Kayden.

I recently had permanent, outdoor lights installed on my house, driveway and backyard. Everyone I interacted with at Level 5 Lighting, including Derek Forsgren, Deshawn Snowden, Nikki Forsgren, and the crew (Dajaun, Shak, and Mario) were professional, polite, pleasant and highly skilled. They worked with my schedule to plan the best time for the install, and the quotes for the cost and time required for the job were as agreed upon. No delays and no unexpected costs. Our lights look amazing!! Without reservation, I would highly recommend this company!

We had outdoor lighting Installed around the outside of our home. We are extremely happy. Hayden and Kayden Did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, got right to work, everything is very clean, and they were very efficient. They helped with app set up and were very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend!

I am highly satisfied with Level 5 lighting. They did and awesome job! I had a few dislikes at the first installation since my house is a little tricky due to having corbels all around the house. I immediately contacted the Owner Derek. He came out the next day and resolved the issues and figured out a plan right away. I remember that he told us. “I’m here to make you guys happy”. Derek truly cares about his customers.
He sent out his BEST guys which are Dajaun and Mario. They left all of the lights around my house looking super clean and professional! They look perfect!

I would like to especially compliment Mario. He is very professional, friendly, very informative and extremely polite. He would tell my husband if you see anything wrong or don’t like something please let us know. We will fix it.

We are extremely pleased with our new lighting. Our installers, Meschach and Hayden did a great job. They were very polite, kept us informed an their progress. Nikki kept us in the loop for scheduling. The whole process was outstanding.
